Package sewage treatment plant

What usually crosses your mind as you empty away all the dirty water that drains every time you wash your hands, take a shower or even flush out in marine toilets. Enter the package sewage treatment plant. A Package Sewage Treatment Plant is a unique device that purifies the dirty water, as we all know sewage from homes and schools or even in any building of small communities. The wastewater is cleaned in various distinct steps to ensure that it can be discharged into the environment without any damage.

There are three components to a package sewage treatment plant that function in tandem: Primary treatment, secondary treatment and tertiary, along with Techange's product coarse screening in water treatment. At the primary treatment stage, which receives all of your sewage water first goes through a bar screen that catches trash such as plastic items and big pieces of debris. In the next stage, water enters one large tank and heavier things (solids) are automatically settled on the bottom as gravity takes its toll. This step filters the water before going to next stage. In the secondary treatment phase, dirty water arrives at a container containing millions of pint-sized microorganisms-tiny creatures that munch on any and all remaining impurities or junk left in the water. In this way, during tertiary treatment phase itself; the water is further cleansed with chlorine or some other chemicals (or biological agents) that eliminate final traces of germs and harmful bacteria. This is to ensure that the water will be safe when returned into the environment.

Advantages of using a package sewage treatment plant over traditional methods

Package sewage treatment plants are a way better than the regular cleaning ways of public sewerages and there is lot behind it. And one major cause is that using these plants are the simplest. Plants are simple machines that can be installed in small spaces. Great for places with limited space. They are also more cost-effective and function faster than the elaborate traditional sewage treatment systems which can be very expensive.

Biotoilet v/s Regular sewage treatment plants: A regular plant needs too many equipmentairthes, land and huge amount of money, also the dissolved air flotation unit supplied by Techange. On the other hand, package plants are smaller and cost less to operate. They are also much less energy-hungry which helps, us and the world. Package plants do not produce any smells nor noise like conventional sewage treatment plants (a very important advantage). That in turn makes them infinitely preferable to have around houses and neighborhoods.
