CQF DAF SYSTEM (Shallow dissolved air flotation machine )

CQF shallow dissolved air flotation machine (DAF)is the most important equipment in pressurizedair dissolved flotation system.It combines flocculation, air flotation, scumming and mud scraping all in one. This kind of air flotation device appliesshallow air flotation and zero velocity principlewhich is widely used in the sewage treatment for paper making, printing and dyeing, textile, fiber products, food, slaughtering, leather, oil refining, chemical industry, electroplate and the recycling of municipal waste water.

Air flotation separation technique is about to dissolve the air into the water under the certain pressure and to reach saturation. Then the pressure air dissolved water will be released through the pressure reduction. A large number of tiny bubbles will then be produced and get full contact with thesuspended solid,and these suspended solids will adhere to the bubbles, and float to the water surface as a form of scum. Finally theScum collection devicewill scrape and clean all the scum on the surface and the water will be finally purified.

Main features:

1. Low flow speed—approximately zero relative to the pool walls, no influence on the pool water, making the particles float or sedimentate, high purification, SS removal rate is more than 99%

1. High SS and COD removing rate—adopting higher pressure air dissolved pipes, unit solubility is up to 90%, good air flotation effect

2. No disturbance to the flotation—water depth is 650mm generally; short flotation path, low obstruction, high speed

3. Reasonable scumming bucket—spiral type, low stir, good effect

4. Split mounting type, easy dis-assembly, convenient to transport and assemble 5. Small occupation area, high efficiency, good stability
